There are several aspects to consider before deciding on a nutritional strategy, such as your age, gender, physical health and so on but the most important is what you wont to achieve and why. Simple things like creating a plan which changes over short periods of time like a smoothy diet for a week to help the body get back in to balance. Workout Routines

Most of the clients I work with have tried to get fit for a short time then something stops them… like rain or an early start but more than anything what stops us is pain. That is why I spend so much of my time making sure you are understanding what pain you have why it is there, how to stop it and stopping it. I can tailor your workouts to be situation centric, if you need to be in a chair or inside, more cross country even one to one with you in your home. Our discussions will be the deciding factor in your routine.

I am a very big believer in the power of the natural worlds ability to solve some of the bodies ills, yes there are times when surgery is required, however it is very reactive and not very proactive by their very nature, you have to have a problem before you see them and pills may have unwanted side effects. Using natural ingredients to help the body stay in a more healthy state can be as simple as a detoxification of the gut or natural anti inflammatories but the long term benefits can be extraordinary for your wellbeing.

Physical Activity

Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. On a basic level, that means making sure you don’t spend hours on end sitting down during the day, avoiding long periods of TV viewing or computer use.

While some activity is better than none at all, to get the maximum health benefit, you should aim to do at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week.
