What we do
We work with several retirement home developments, the class lasts for about 45 minutes and starts with a 5 minute stretching routine then moves on to 15 minute low impact resistance band exercises.
There is then 10 minutes of hand muscle mixed with hand eye coordination exercises which leads on to standing balance (fall prevention) exercises and finally a breathing and mindfulness session, which tends to be one of the favorite parts of the whole class.
